Butterflies & roses Dress

Floral border print midi dress with a notched V neckline with tying tassels detail.  The bodice has striped contrast binding and long puff sleeves with ruffled elastic cuffs.  The skirt is tiered with striped contrast binding and an elastic back waist.  Lined and has side pockets! There are no closures, this is a pullover style. 
100% Cotton, Lined in 100% Polyester.
